Vancouver WA Mortgage

After researching Vancouver WA mortgage on the internet I decided to find a broker to help me make my decision. The Vancouver WA mortgage broker was friendly enough when I called him for information regarding the Vancouver WA mortgage rates in Washington. Then I told the mortgage broker I was just looking for some information to help me decide which direction I was going to go in my life for the next ten years. I had my career in place and was making money at the speed that I had planned when I first started this career. But I felt it was just about the right time for me to find a great place to live and try it for awhile to see if I could actually turn my life around into the right direction. My girlfriend of eight years, Jennie, was getting a little impatient when it comes to the big “M” thing, you know getting married and settling down to start a family. I felt I was ready to settle down but I just wasn’t sure where. When I get married and settle down I want it to be a permanent thing. I don’t want to be jumping from here to there with a couple of kids under each arm. I told the Vancouver WA mortgage broker I loved living in Washington but I just wanted to be a little closer to the ocean.

After talking with the Vancouver WA mortgage broker for awhile, he said he felt that he knew what I was looking for and that I was probably in the right place. He did think that I should move to the west a little more, closer to the water.  I gave him our personal and financial history and asked him to find us a place that would fit at least three children. He said he’d get back to me with some Vancouver WA mortgage properties to view and some price ranges for me to think about. He didn’t seem to think it was going to be a big deal to find us what we wanted so I trusted him because he had been in the business for quite awhile in this area.

When I talked to Jennie she seems very enthused that I had made a positive step in the direction she wanted us to go. I’ll give this much to her she has been very patient, after all eight years is a pretty long time without a permanent commitment. On my way home from work today I stopped at Tiffany’s and picked out an engagement ring for her. Hopefully, this would seal the deal with her and we would have a great time making our plans from this day on.

The next morning Jim, the mortgage broker, called me and said he found some properties that we might be interested in taking a look at. I told him we would drive the 200+ miles up there on Saturday morning if that was okay with him. We made a date and I hung up with feelings of hope for this evening. I picked Jennie up and we went out to eat. During desert I asked her to marry me and presented her with the ring. It was a perfect fit and, of course, she said yes. I told her about our trip this weekend and she got very excited. The evening had been a success.

On Saturday we drove up to the property to meet with our mortgage broker and we both liked two of the properties he showed us. We decided to have lunch and discuss Vancouver WA mortgage and get back to him after lunch. Jennie said she like the second one the best because it had lots of extra room for, you know, the kids. We decided on that property and sealed the deal with a kiss. The next morning I called our mortgage broker and told him our decision. So we went back to his office, even though it was Sunday, and filled out the necessary paperwork and then headed home. Jim said it would be about two weeks before we knew if we got approved by the Vancouver WA mortgage company. He said that he was almost positive there would be no problems with our great credit history, etc.  Well, we had started the process and everything was going to work out, I was positive.
