I was daydreaming about my memories of Hawaii for a long time and that’s why I got on the computer to check on a Hawaii mortgage loan. That was a beautiful area so I knew we’d love it and we did. So, back to my memories, my best memory was during the year of 1969 when everything seemed to be happening, men were landing on the moon, people were protesting against the war and I was at the New Year’s Sun Rise Festival that lasted for three days and nights inside the Diamondhead volcano. I had just arrived on Oahu that very morning and the same night I found myself inside an inactive volcano with thousands of hippies, musicians, and all types of people. Some alone, some came in groups, and some even had their little babies strapped around their body. Those three days were the best of my life. It was the time of the hippy movement and I was somewhere on the outskirts of that, just a little too old to be a full blown hippy but still young enough to participate as a part time hippy and enjoy partying inside a volcano for three entire days under the sun and nights under the beautiful Hawaiian sky.

Midland Mortgage
People obtaining a Midland mortgage are usually newcomers to town looking for a new home close to schools, malls, hospitals, etc. A family in that position was the Summers family. The father, Sam, had been looking for a town like Midland for a long time. He did find a job, and a good one. This made Sam’s family extremely happy and they were so eager to move they started packing right away. Sam made all the other arrangements needed when making a big move.
