San Jose Mortgage
There’s this song that keeps going over and over in my head “do you know the way to San Jose?”, the answer is yes and I know I’ll need a San Jose mortgage. I’ve just been on the internet and gotten the name of a San Jose mortgage broker. I went on vacation once with my parents and we stayed in San Jose for a couple of days. All I remember about that vacation was those two wonderful days I spent in that beautiful city. I loved the feel of the city and the friendly people I met there. I was only twelve years old but that feeling has stayed with me for the last fifteen years. I thought I’d be married by now and on my way to starting a family but that hasn’t happened. I’ve put all my time and effort into my art projects. I just had a showing in a local art gallery and it was a complete success. I sold quite a few of my sculptures and got some requests to do some individual pieces for some people that had just built a beautiful home near San Jose.
Since I have to make a trip out there to see their home and design the sculptures around the home, this would be the perfect time for me to start my move to San Jose. I knew I would need San Jose mortgage so I called the mortgage broker I found on the internet and set up a meeting during the time I was going to be in San Jose to see some homes. The San Jose mortgage broker asked me for all my personal and financial information so he could get an idea on how much I could afford to spend on a home and I also told him how much money I had in my savings account for the down payment etc. My mortgage broker said that he’d have some homes for me to look at by the time I arrived in San Jose.
The mortgage broker was making this so easy for me because he was going to do all the work with the mortgage lender. All I had to do was take care of my end, giving my landlord notice, packing, telling my friends and all my clients. The mortgage broker called again and said that he had found a San Jose mortgage company that had a great mortgage rate at the current time and with my permission he would get me preapproved for a loan based on my financial status which would put me one step ahead of the other homebuyers out there.
We discussed the different types of loans with San Jose mortgage and he suggested that I consider the fixed-rate mortgage loan because the mortgage loan payment would always be the same. Therefore, because my mortgage rate would never change I would know how much money I could invest in other financial ventures such as buying my own studio and gallery. I didn’t want to drag out the loan for the full thirty years, so my mortgage broker suggested that I apply for a fifteen or twenty year loan which would mean that my monthly San Jose mortgage payment would be higher but the loan would be paid off sooner. This sounded perfect for my situation and this move to San Jose was made possible by a reliable hardworking San Jose mortgage broker.
