San Diego Home Mortgage

After looking on the internet for information about San Diego home mortgage, I decided to make a call. I dialed the number of the San Diego Home mortgage broker and I just got off the phone after talking to him for more than thirty minutes about purchasing a home in San Diego and getting a San Diego home mortgage. After discussing my financial situation the mortgage broker said that he was sure he could get me qualified for a San Diego home mortgage that was offering low San Diego home mortgage rates. I  told  the San Diego home mortgage broker that my dad retired from the Navy after being transferred over 16 times in 20 years and he went back home to Ohio. That is where I finished growing up. I went to college at Harvard for four years and after I graduated I went back to Ohio for a year to spend some time with my family before I hit the road. I had decided that after college I wanted to travel around for a few years to see the country before I settled down. That’s what I’ve been doing for the past three years. All this time, I just couldn’t forget those years I spent in San Diego, they were the best of my childhood. I knew I wanted to live on that beautiful coast line where the beaches went on for miles either way.

I told the San Diego home mortgage broker that I was ready to settle down and I wanted some idea of what was available to me along San Diego’s coast and what price range he thought I could get a loan from a San  Diego home mortgage company. I told him I wanted a condo with a view of the ocean and within walking distance to the beach. He said that he knew just the area that would make me happy. I told him that my belongings were all packed up in my fifth-wheel motor home and a trailer and that I would be there in about a week and we could meet then. I have heard of a trailer park on the bay called De Anza Cove and I had made reservations for a month to give myself some time to find a home and a job.

My grandmother had left me a very generous inheritance last year when she died. I was so sad when she passed away because we had been very close since I was her only grandson. The money she left me was going to make it very easy to acquire a San Diego home mortgage loan and take my time in finding a career that I really like. Right now, I don’t have a clue what I want to do with my life. But, I’m sure that living in San Diego will help me find my way. I had gotten a degree in Oceanography and Business so I was sure I would have no trouble finding a position at Scripps in La Jolla. I had heard so much about it while I was in school. I’ve even put in an application via my computer and I’m waiting to hear from them to see if they can fit me in somewhere.
