I have been seeing a jazz musician from New York and he already wanted me to move closer to him so I decided to get some information on Rochester NY mortgage. I finally contacted a Rochester NY mortgage broker to see if it was possible for me to purchase an apartment somewhere near the jazz section of downtown with the financing through Rochester NY mortgage. I’ve wanted to sell my little apartment ever since the chain of robberies started a couple of months ago in my apartment building. All the robberies were committed on women who lived alone when they came home late at night from a night on the town with friends. There were two or three gang-style members that committed the robberies and they also beat up the girls and tied them up. One of the things I was grateful for was that none of the females were raped or killed. This did take a little pressure off, but what if when they robbed me they took it one step further by raping me or killing me. How could I feel safe not knowing they wouldn’t take it one step further with me? What would I do and how could I handle it if it did escalate one step further to the end?

After I talked to the Rochester NY mortgage broker, I actually felt a lot better about the robberies. I had taken a positive step to remove myself from what could turn out to be a very serious situation for me. I asked the Rochester NY mortgage broker for an appointment so we could go over my options. I wanted to get things started as soon as possible. So did my boyfriend, he told me that he was worried about me when he was working at night and that he would feel so much better if I was out of my apartment and closer to him. I met with the mortgage broker the next day and he had lined up some apartments and condos for me to look at with him today in a neighborhood that had a lower risk for burglaries. I felt so good when I heard that and when I saw some of the apartments I actually felt relief because they were closer to my boyfriend and they were also in a safer neighborhood, close to schools and churches.

I had given the mortgage broker all my financial paperwork for Rochester NY mortgage including my bank statements, my W2s, my income tax returns, my clean credit reports, etc. He told me it would probably take a couple of weeks for the Rochester NY mortgage lender to process my application for a mortgage loan but that he had said that I was getting a low mortgage rate. I had positive feelings about this and just knew that this was going to be the start of a new life for me.
