Richmond VA Mortgage

As I sit here by the phone pondering the Richmond VA mortgage information I had gathered up I was wondering whether or not to call the broker. I finally decided to call the Richmond VA mortgage broker I had located on the computer, but I’m still not sure about what I’m going to do. When I left home, the last conversation I had with my parents was not a good one. In fact, it was kind of a screaming match. They didn’t think I should move to Hollywood to try and become an actress. Well, it turns out that they were wrong, I am a good actress. Now, I want to go home and make up with my parents by purchasing them a new home for their 30th wedding anniversary. It’s coming up soon so I don’t have a lot of time. I know that the house they’re in now is falling apart and I want them to have a nice home to grow old in since I can now afford it. They might get mad but I’ve already talked to a Richmond VA mortgage broker there and I’m going back this week to meet with him to see what we can come up with.

I met with the mortgage broker and he had found the perfect place for my parents, a beautiful home in a gated community for people over the age of 55. I’m going over to my parents tomorrow and take them for a ride to surprise them with the house. I hope they don’t have too much pride to take it, I’m sure my dad will like the idea but I don’t know about my mother, she’s stubborn like me, or maybe I should say I’m stubborn like she is. Either way it works out the same. My dad always gets caught in the middle and he winds up making the decision.

Well, the first meeting with my parents for many years was so great. It was sad and happy with lots of tears and laughter too. When I showed them the house and told them about Richmond VA mortgage they couldn’t believe that I would do that for them, but they accepted my apology and the house. I didn’t have any problems with the financing since money is no object. I didn’t have to use a Richmond VA mortgage lender because I paid cash for the home. But I did have to still pay the closing costs, etc., and there was a lot of paperwork for me and my parents to sign because I was the buyer but I was putting it in their names. After that was all over with, I took them to a local interior designer and he helped them pick out the furniture and everything else down to the smallest detail such as what color the towels would be in the guest bathroom. Of course, that process took more than one day.

The house is ready to move into and the broker is going to sell their old house for them thru Richmond VA mortgage, after a little refurbishing. They’re also going to have a huge yard sale to get rid of a lot of stuff they’ve been accumulating over the years. The Richmond VA mortgage broker has been such a help and has been so kind to my parents that we’ve invited him to the house warming/30th anniversary combination party when my parents move in to the new house, which is no longer just a house, it’s a home. And, my relationship with my parents is mended and it’s so wonderful to have them back in my life. I’ll be going to Memphis soon to start my new movie and my parents are coming for the first two weeks for a vacation because my mother is an avid Elvis fan and has never been to Graceland, and neither have I.
