Reno NV Mortgage

Johnny took me to Reno for the first time last year and ever since that trip we’ve wanted to move there, so I was on my computer this morning getting some information on Reno NV mortgage. I was also looking for a reliable Reno NV mortgage broker to talk to about whether or not we can afford to live there after we get married. I’ve lived in Las Vegas for quite a few years but it’s not where I want to settle down but I did know a little about Reno NV mortgage. Las Vegas is just too big and too flashy with too many tourists on the streets at all hours. You’d think I would have gotten used to that type of life because I’ve been a showgirl for over ten years but I want to settle down with Johnny in a smaller town but still somewhat like Las Vegas. Reno fits that description. It’s like a little Vegas but with a homey atmosphere. The people there are friendly and the town and the surrounding area are beautiful. There’s also a beautiful little park for our wedding.

The mortgage broker and I discussed our plans, our finances, the type of property we were looking for, etc. He said he could get us reasonable mortgage rates with a Reno NV mortgage company that he does a lot of work with.  At the end of the conversation I was feeling very positive about moving to Reno and starting our new married life there in a new home. The mortgage broker and I had discussed our current financial status and he said I should order our credit reports and get them cleaned up and we should pay off all our little bills and gather up for him our tax returns, W2s, bank statements, and all the other financial paperwork the Reno NV mortgage lender would need in order to consider our application for a mortgage loan. We decided that Johnny and I should make a trip to Reno to look at properties as soon as possible. What we wanted was something like a modern log cabin. We had seen pictures of them and fell in love with the style and the mortgage broker said there was a few of them built just outside of town and he was sure there was at least one still unsold.

When we arrived in town we met the mortgage broker at the one house he had told us about, the log cabin style. We fell in love with it before we got all the way up the driveway. It was the most unique home we’d ever seen and we knew it was the one for us before we went inside. We told the mortgage broker to make an offer for the home and we’d discuss the mortgage type we would apply for with a Reno NV mortgage company the next day.

The next day after we stopped for breakfast we met with the mortgage broker and told him we had decided to apply for a Reno NV mortgage 20-year fixed-rate mortgage and we wanted to put down at least a 30 percent down payment. Now that that was settled, we could finish planning our wedding.
