Philadelphia PA Mortgage

Being the history buff that I am, I’ve always dreamed of living in the most historical state I know, Pennsylvania, so when I got offered a transfer there by my boss today, the first thing I did after I recovered my composure and said thank you was get on my computer to look for some information regarding Philadelphia PA mortgage. I’m also searching for a Philadelphia PA mortgage broker to find me an apartment or townhouse to purchase. I think that more historical things have happened in Philadelphia than anywhere else and I’d love to see all the old buildings and visit the historical museums I’ve heard about. Getting a transfer there was the best thing that could have happened to me. I had a month to locate a place to live when I moved there and my choice would be an apartment or one of those townhouses that are two to three stories stacked next to each other all the way down the street.  The perfect place would be near old downtown so I could feel like I was in the center of the history of the United States.

When I spoke with the Philadelphia PA mortgage broker he said that those townhouses were very popular now and they had all been refurbished and there were some near old downtown. He would check into that area for me and in the meantime I was to gather all my pertinent information that would be needed for the Philadelphia PA mortgage company, make sure my credit reports were clear, and pay off any small credit cards so that I didn’t have a lot of small debts. I had been single for a while but I had saved my money from the sale of the house after my divorce and invested it and actually was successful in making some money.

The mortgage broker called me back and said that my financial status was great and he thought I would have no trouble in getting financing for a townhouse with a mortgage company. We went over all the mortgage loan types and he said that since I was a single working person with a very good salary that I should probably go with the standard fixed-rate mortgage. Since I was able to make a large down payment to the mortgage company, he suggested that I apply for a fifteen or twenty year mortgage instead of a thirty Philadelphia PA mortgage. He said that I would save thousands of dollars on interest alone. He said he has been working with a mortgage company that at the present time was offering a very good mortgage rate. This type of Philadelphia PA mortgage would be perfect for me because once I moved to Philadelphia I knew I would never want to leave and my Philadelphia PA mortgage rate would stay the same for the length of the loan. I’m sitting here waiting for the pictures he’s sending me over the computer and I’m so excited I can hardly breathe.
