Nashville TN Mortgage
After researching the internet for Nashville TN mortgage I found the phone number of a broker. When I got off the computer I called the Nashville TN mortgage broker and was telling him that my dad had been in the country-western music business for years and he now owned his own record company with some pretty famous singers on his roster. He had wanted me to join him and help him run the business since I graduated from college on the west coast. I had grown so used to the west coast lifestyle that I didn’t know if I could adjust to the changing seasonal weather. I hadn’t lived where it snowed in the winter since I was about 12 years old, but when my parents divorced my mother and I moved to the west coast to be near her family and my father and my brother stayed in Tennessee. Now my mother was remarried and I was out of college not knowing what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. When my father suggested that I move to Nashville and try it there for awhile I thought I didn’t have anything to lose.
My dad said he’d buy me a nice condo he’d found thru Nashville TN mortgage to live in for awhile until I knew exactly what I wanted to do. His executive assistant lived in the same building which is how he knew about it. This sounded great to me because I was getting tired of having to live with roommates who still thought they were in college. I wanted to find some direction in my life and maybe Nashville was the place to start. I called my dad and told him my decision and he had already called the Nashville TN mortgage broker I had talked to and told him that he would be the purchaser of whatever we found. I believe he was going to get a Nashville TN mortgage called a fixed-rate mortgage so that I would have monthly payments that would always be the same and therefore making it easy for me to plan my other finances around this payment. My dad was so great, he was even going to pay the down payment to the Nashville TN mortgage company and the other costs relating to the purchase, whatever they were to get me in a home near him and his record business. He wants to make sure that I live in the right part of town with a low crime rate, etc.
I wasn’t very good in the business part of running a company so I figured I would be the spokeswoman for the company and with my great voice I might even be one of the companies singing stars. My dad said that this was his investment in me because someday I would probably inherit the record company. My brother was still going to college to be a doctor so he was going in a completely different direction.
When the mortgage broker called my dad and said that the offer had been accepted for the condo by the seller and that all we needed to do was go to the Nashville TN mortgage company and sign the stack of paperwork for the mortgage lender and pay for the closing costs, escrow costs, etc. Now I was getting excited. I started packing up my belongings which were few except for a lot of clothes, I didn’t have any furniture of my own because I always lived with roommates so my dad was having an interior decorator help me with that part also. I know I sound like I’m a little spoiled, but the truth is I’m extremely spoiled. When I got off the plane in Nashville, my dad’s assistant was waiting there for me with my new car that my dad had bought me with all the latest safety features including a tracking system, meaning it would be hard for me to get lost. He thinks of everything.
