Naperville IL Mortgage
I had been checking the interest rates and the housing situation regarding Naperville IL mortgage. After that I called my broker friend Jim. While I was talking to Jim who was a Naperville IL mortgage broker, I was thinking about all the problems I would be leaving behind in New York. My husband and I of ten years had just gone through a really emotional divorce and I was looking for a small town to get myself back on track. The editor of the publishing firm had been pressuring me to finish my third book and I just couldn’t do that if I stayed in a city with so much negativity around each corner. I didn’t want to take the chance of running into my ex-husband and his teenage bride so I wanted to get out of Chicago as fast as possible. I wanted to find a small home in a small town for the two of us to re-cooperate. My young daughter, Betsy, was not adjusting to the divorce well at all so I thought a completely different atmosphere would do the trick.
The mortgage broker said that if we wanted to take the train to Naperville he’d pick us up at the train station and he would line up some properties for us to look at as soon as we got to Naperville and we would discuss Naperville IL mortgage. When we got there, we looked at a few properties with the mortgage broker. My daughter and I fell in love with the second one we looked at. It had a beautiful yard for her to play in and a great big old-fashioned porch where I could sit and write my book while Betsy planned in the yard. I had received a large divorce settlement so I told the mortgage broker that I would be able to put down a substantial down payment and that I wanted a Naperville IL mortgage loan with good rates and low monthly payments until I could get back on my feet maybe in a few years. I then gave the mortgage broker all my paperwork that he had requested and he said he would submit them with my application to the Naperville IL mortgage lender and we were back on our way to our old home to pack and do all the necessary things you have to do when you move. The mortgage broker was making things so easy for me. He choose the type of mortgage loan, a balloon/reset mortgage because the first period of the loan would be calculated on a thirty year schedule making my monthly payments very low until the second period of the loan when I would then start to pay towards the principal of the loan making my mortgage payments somewhat larger. This would give me some stability during the first part of the mortgage loan and then at the end of five or maybe seven years I would either have the option of resetting the Naperville IL mortgage with the current interest rate or I could pay off the mortgage if I wanted to stay in the house for a longer period. I also would have the option to refinance my Naperville IL mortgage loan and even change the type of Naperville IL loan to a fixed-rate mortgage loan or something else.
Betsy was getting really excited about moving to the country because I had promised her a pot belly pig when we moved. That would be the first thing we did after we moved to Naperville. The second thing would be to buy a playhouse and a swing set for her and a porch swing for me.
