I’ve been searching for the perfect city to raise my children and I’m going to use the internet to get all the information I can about Milwaukee WI mortgage. I’m also going to find a Milwaukee WI mortgage broker because I think maybe Milwaukee is the city I’m looking for. I’ve been researching it on the internet and reading everything I could find about the city and what it has to offer someone like me. I was orphaned at a very young age and have not had what most people call roots for my entire life. I have been searching for someplace where I could find myself. I have been saving money since I got my first job at fifteen so that when I found a place I could buy my own home. I have been successful in my chosen career as a photographer and with that type of profession I could do it anywhere which is just how I like it.

The Milwaukee WI mortgage broker took my personal and financial information over the phone and he said he’d let me know if I could qualify for a mortgage loan with Milwaukee WI mortgage. I knew exactly what I wanted, a condo overlooking the lake near downtown where the art galleries were located. When I heard from the mortgage broker he said he could get me reasonable Milwaukee WI mortgage rates with reputable Milwaukee WI mortgage and he told me what price range I would qualify for. When I told him what I was looking for he said he knew exactly where he was going to look for me and he would be sending me photos and information on the condos he found.

After I looked at all the available condos in the area I asked the mortgage broker to look, I knew right away which one I wanted because of its location more than what it looked like. One photo he sent me was a view from the balcony of a condo and you could actually see the photography gallery that I would give anything to show my photographs in and the price of the condo was perfect. Finally, something in my life was coming together the way I wanted it to. I called the mortgage broker and asked him to make an offer right away before someone else grabbed the condo I wanted so much. Then I e-mailed my landlord and gave him my 30 day notice on the apartment I was living in. He knew it was coming and he was excited for me too because he knew how much I wanted to moved to Milwaukee. I called some of my photographer friends and my neighbors and asked them over for a celebration that very night. I wanted to say goodbye to everyone and have a party before I started packing, because that was going to be tomorrow morning.
