It seems that Oregon is the popular place to move to in these days of environmentally conscious people because they’re all contacting talking about Medford mortgage and Medford mortgage brokers to help them find homes. The last time I passed through Medford I was on my way to Salem to visit my sister in her new home with her new husband and baby with my toddler in tow. I love enjoying the beautiful parts of the this country with my young daughter instead of just seeing them in a flash as I zoom by going 75 miles per hour on an Interstate a few miles away from the interesting towns across the nation. After I got home from my trip I started thinking there must be some reason so many people are moving to Medford so I started researching it on the internet. I found that it was a beautiful place to live, it was surrounded by beautiful green forests with gorgeous waterfalls and great trails to hike. Since the area was growing, it was a perfect place for me and my little girl because I started up my own business a few years ago and I can take it anywhere I go.

I actually fell in love with the area and decided I wanted to relocate to Medford. It would be a beautiful place to raise my daughter and we would be much closer to my sister and her family. I got back on my computer to check out Medford mortgage and to locate a mortgage broker to find a home for me and help me with the financing. Since my business has been so successful, I was in a good financial position to make this move as soon as I wanted to. The mortgage broker informed me that I should make sure my credit rating is clear and that if I have any small bills I should try and pay them off because the fewer small debts I have the better my credit rating will look. The mortgage broker told me to gather up some documents regarding my financial status such as income tax returns, my credit report, bank statements, records of any alimony or child support income, and W-2s if I have any or the financial paperwork regarding my business and fax them to him. He said after he reviewed my personal and financial records he would be able to tell me what price range of home I should qualify for.

When the mortgage broker called me back he said he had good news, he had found a great Medford mortgage rate with a Medford mortgage lender that he has done business with before and they were very reputable and easy to work with. The mortgage broker also sent me pictures via the computer of a few homes he thought I would like and my daughter and I couldn’t decide between two of them. I let the mortgage broker know that we couldn’t make up our minds. The mortgage broker contacted me later and said he talked to the owners and one of them had two horses that he didn’t know what he was going to do with when he moved to New York and if I wanted he would make them part of the deal. When I told my daughter that made her jump with joy. She loved horses and had wanted one but obviously living in the city we couldn’t have one. So, the horses closed the deal. I told the Medford mortgage broker to make offer and let me know the outcome.

We had decided on an Medford mortgage interest-only, fixed-rate mortgage so that during the first period I would have extra money to build up my business in its new location. Then when the monthly payments increased after the second term started when I would be paying interest and principal I would be in a position to handle that. By that time my business should be doing great.
