Fort Lauderdale Mortgage

When Mike and his then girlfriend, Leslie, would go to “Spring Break” in Florida, they knew that one day they would be contacting someone in Fort Lauderdale mortgage to purchase a house there. They loved it so much there, the beautiful beaches, the exciting night life, the great restaurants, etc., they knew they would live there someday. Well, the day has come, they have finally saved enough money to move, make a down payment on a home, pay the extra costs of moving, and for any emergencies in the future. They wanted a family but they decided to postpone that until they were actually living in Florida and they knew they could live on just Mike’s salary. That is possible now because he is an attorney in a Fort Lauderdale law firm. Since then, Leslie has started her own business so they won’t lose her salary because she works from home. Mike got the name of a reputable mortgage broker and contacted him and the mortgage process began and next step would be a Fort Lauderdale mortgage lender and discussions regarding the mortgage rate.

After providing the mortgage broker with all the necessary Fort Lauderdale mortgage financial information, the mortgage broker had been searching for a couple of months for a home with a low mortgage rate and still hadn’t found the right home for his clients. In the meantime, Mike and Leslie had already moved to Florida because of his new job and were living in a rental on the beach. They were walking on the beach one day enjoying the beautiful weather, which was quite a change from the type of weather they experienced in Colorado, hot and humid in the summer, cold, icy and snowy in the winter. They were discussing how they would furnish their new home when they found one and they happened to come across a sign saying House for Sale and it was by this beautiful beach house that they fell in love with immediately. They called their Fort Lauderdale mortgage broker and told him about the house.

So, the Fort Lauderdale mortgage broker made some phone calls and called them back with good news. It was in their price range and still for sale. So they told the broker to make an offer. They discussed the type of Fort Lauderdale mortgage that would be best for them and the Fort Lauderdale broker recommended that with their income they should apply for a balloon/reset mortgage. They applied with the mortgage company the broker recommended to them and got a very low Fort Lauderdale mortgage rate for their loan. The mortgage loan would be calculated on a 30 year schedule with the entire Fort Lauderdale mortgage loan being due at the end of seven years. Mike knew that they would have the money by that time so their ideal home would be theirs free and clear in seven years and by then they planned on having a couple of additions to their family.
