Durham NC Mortgage

My husband Fred and I were searching the internet for Durham NC mortgage information. We were also looking for a reliable Durham NC mortgage broker because we had been traveling with a well known national circus as the high wire act and we had decided that now was the time to settle down for a few years and have a couple of kids before we got too old. We knew that the broker would be able to set us up with a reliable Durham NC mortgage lender. We were both born to parents that were part of the circus so we were brought up on the road. It had been an exciting life but we wanted our children to start off with some normalcy in their lives. We wanted them to have other children to play with, not have the circus elephant as their best friend. Later on we would give them the choice if they wanted to go back on the road with us or not. We always had a side business that we ran via computer which had done quite well, so it was not going to be a problem to settle down for awhile. Fred and I just didn’t know if we could take the settled life for very long and we didn’t want to lose our skills so we had to figure out some way to have both lifestyles work together.

We chose Durham NC mortgage because Fred has family there. At least we’d know someone in the town. We just didn’t know if we’d fit in very well with the people in a conservative town but we were going to give it a shot. Fred’s family was excited that we were moving there so at least we’ll have a couple of people we know. We’re just not sure how our neighbors are going to feel about llamas living next door. They are really gentle animals but they do look a little overwhelming.

We plan on starting up a small petting zoo then at least the kid’s might like us. We might have to get a few more animals because right now it’s just the three llamas, a goat, three small ponies and some rabbits, but that’s a good start. Fred and I were also part of the clown group when we weren’t doing our high-wire act. The kids in town might like that, but I don’t know about the towns people. Some people don’t particularly like clowns.

When we finally spoke with a mortgage broker we told him that we needed a farm with a barn because we had some unusual animals and we planned on having children so we wanted at least a four bedroom house. He said there were a couple of farms for sale that would work for us in the vicinity of town and I told him when we’d be in town to look at them. Meanwhile, I sent him our financial information Durham NC Mortgage over the computer and we discussed our financial situation. He said he usually worked with a Durham NC mortgage company that at the present time had reasonable Durham NC mortgage rates. So, it looks like we’re going to be off the road for awhile, that’s going to be hard to adjust to.
