Clearwater Mortgage

I’ve always wanted a small little house at the beach within walking distance to the beach so I was thinking about researching Clearwater mortgage on my computer. After I got off my computer I then called a local Clearwater mortgage broker. One of my neighbors that lived in one of those perfect little houses just passed away and I just heard that her house has a For Sale sign on it. I called Joe, the mortgage broker, and asked him if he knew anything about the house that was just put up for sale on my street.  He said that he had and it was listed with his Clearwater mortgage broker agency so I had called the right place. I told the mortgage broker that I wanted that house and asked him if he could sell mine. He said that he could handle both deals with Clearwater mortgage and would get on it right away. The great thing was that I wouldn’t have to move very far. My deceased husband, Mike, had always wanted to go traveling, but we never had enough money to do that. Now, if I got a little extra money from the sale of my house by a mortgage company maybe I could do some traveling with one of those groups or even by myself.

See how life can change from one day to the next. One day I was okay living in my home by myself and the next I was going to get something I had always wanted if there was any money left over to travel with. I just couldn’t believe it. From a content little old lady one day to a world traveler with a beach front home. That changed my outlook on life so much in just one day and it was all because of Clearwater mortgage. When Mike passed away he had told me that everything would be okay for me because he would be looking out for me and I guess he is.

I called my daughter and asked her if she’d go shopping with me because I needed some new up to date clothes. She was so shocked at what she was hearing that when I told her about my transactions with the Clearwater mortgage broker and a mortgage company I thought she wasn’t going to be able to speak but she managed to get out a few words and said she’d be right over. Well, we went shopping and that was so much fun, I was beginning to feel alive again. I was even looking forward to going on a trip by myself, something I’d never done before. I think that the upcoming year is going to be much more fun for me than the last one was. Everything was new and I was going to be having new experiences and maybe meet some new friends. I was already packing some things for my move after the deal went through with the Clearwater mortgage lender.
