Clearwater FL Mortgage

I’m looking for another property to fix up and resell so I’m back on the computer checking on the Clearwater FL mortgage.  Next I’ll be calling my friendly Clearwater FL mortgage broker to see if he has any properties for me. I’ve been doing this for years, buying houses through mortgage lenders and fixing them up to resell. I‘ve been doing this for so many years I actually can’t tell you how many houses I’ve turned over. This is my way of giving back to the community, I take houses that aren’t very livable and refurbish them using as little money as possible so I can sell them to someone at a very reasonable price who wouldn’t otherwise be able to purchase their own home. This is not my “real” job, I’m a technical writer and have written many manuals and made quite a lot of money with my salary from that and from the money I make off the houses I redo.

With the good investments I’ve made over the years, I am now able to do some traveling in between projects, usually looking for another project wherever I’m vacationing with wife. She’s my partner in life and in business.  She does the designing of the inside of the houses and is the bookkeeper also. We make a very good team. If possible, we usually live in the homes while we’re remodeling them, meaning that we’ve really never had a home of our own. But, that’s okay with us for now because our plans are that after about four or five more projects we’re going to purchase our own home using a Clearwater FL mortgage company, maybe one of the ones we fix if we find one we really like.

Back to my next project, the mortgage broker has some properties for me to look at within a one hundred mile radius. So, my wife and I pack up the car and head out on the road to check them out. We’ve usually financed these homes through a Clearwater FL mortgage lender with a fixed-rate interest-only mortgage loan with the help of a mortgage broker that knows us very well. We have used a Clearwater FL mortgage adjustable-rate loan with some of the houses but we prefer the fixed-rate mortgage loan. With the mortgage companies interest-only loan we only pay towards the mortgage interest for the time we are working on the project, less than five years. By the time the mortgage second term comes around when we would have to pay a much larger monthly payment because then we would have to pay towards the principal along with the interest, the home is ready to be sold. That’s not going to happen though because the project we’re on now is almost finished. It just needs some final touches and then we’ll put it on the market with a Clearwater FL mortgage company.
