Charlotte NC Mortgage
Charlotte has the best beaches in the south, that’s why I’ve decided to move back there, that and my husband-to-be Billy, who was my first love and the reason I’m getting ready to research my computer for Charlotte NC mortgage information. I’m also looking for a Charlotte NC mortgage broker. We’ve planned our wedding under the tree where we first kissed on his father’s property on a cliff hanging over the beach. It was going to be beautiful and all my old friends and relatives would be there. We just needed a place to live. We know where we want to live we just need to find a house for sale in that area. That’s where the mortgage broker comes in. He has to find us a house in that area or I don’t know what we’ll do. At the present time, we’re living in Nashville but the house we’re in has been sold and we have to be out in thirty days. Maybe I haven’t make it clear to the mortgage broker how important it is for him to find us a home because we don’t want to start our marriage off in some hotel room after we come home from the honeymoon.
When I spoke with the mortgage broker and told him our dilemma he said he’d try his best to find us a home in the short time we were giving him. I had already gotten our financial paperwork ready to fax and I told the mortgage broker that he’d have it the next day. He said he would try to get us preapproved for a Charlotte NC mortgage so that when we found a house we would be ready to make an immediate offer. He said he’d start making phone calls immediately. So, things were moving right along. If the Charlotte NC mortgage broker didn’t find us a house, we have to rent some place and put all out belongings in storage until after the wedding. But, I’m sure things will work out with Charlotte NC mortgage.
We had been saving money since High School and knew we had enough for the costs of purchasing a home, the costs of moving, etc. We just weren’t expecting to have to move so soon. We had everything planned out including the type of loan we wanted, a fixed-rate mortgage with a Charlotte NC mortgage company with a reasonable mortgage rate which is what most newlyweds apply for because the interest rate never ever changes. We made sure we didn’t have a child before we got married and we planned our finances so that we wouldn’t accumulate a lot of small debts and we knew our credit ratings were all clean. But, there’s always something you don’t plan for.
When I talked to Billy about our problem we decided to just put our faith in God and the mortgage broker. Together they would get us through this. The next morning the phone rang and the mortgage broker was on the other end, he had found us a house exactly where we wanted and it was within our price range and he knew he could get us qualified with good rates with a Charlotte NC mortgage company. What more could we ask for? How about no hurricane on our wedding day?
