Cape Coral Mortgage
My best friend from college got married and moved to Florida with her new husband and was always calling me and talking about the status of Cape Coral Mortgage. That’s because she moved there and is now working at a Cape Coral mortgage company as a Cape Coral mortgage broker. Every time I spoke with her on the phone she would ask me to come visit her because the rates were good at Cape Coral mortgage this month. She thought I would love the area and want to move there also. She kept sending me pictures of the houses that were for sale trying to convince me that it was the most beautiful place she had ever seen and she thought I would love it also. I told her my job didn’t have a branch anywhere near there and she kept saying that it didn’t matter that I could find something to do there. She also knew that I had started a business on my own that I could rely on for part of my income. The pictures she sent me were beautiful, the beaches especially. She said she could get me a really good deal with a mortgage company that she worked for because she knew when the rates were going to be low and she knew she could find me a house I couldn’t say no to.
I finally gave in and took my vacation and went to visit her for two weeks. When I arrived at Cape Coral I knew she was right, so the first thing I did was go to her Cape Coral Mortgage office and started filling out the paper work to get me preapproved with a low mortgage rate. A few days later I started looking for a job and my friend was right, within one week I had an offer for a very good position with an exceptional salary and benefits package. Since I had to move, they said I could start in thirty days. That was really putting the pressure on but with my friends help and her connections I knew I could do it.
She found me the perfect little house and I put in my application with a mortgage lender for an adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) because of the lower interest rate meaning my Cape Coral payment would be lower for the first ten years. After that period my mortgage payments would increase periodically depending on certain factors. My friend had explained this type of Cape Coral mortgage loan in detail and so I know that after the initial period and at each adjustment period thereafter, my mortgage rate could change. This change would be based on the indexes and margins. The interest rate adjustment could change depending on a number of government published indexes. These indexes reflect the current financial market conditions. The margin is the percentage that can be added to the index. These interest rates have caps which are also known as ceilings and floors. These caps can decide how much an interest rate can increase or decrease at each adjustment period.
Before my vacation was over, I had a new job and an approved loan with a Cape Coral mortgage lender for my new home. Now all I had to do is go back to my old life and tie up some loose ends, give notice at my old job, hire a moving company to pack up everything and move it to my new home, and be back in Cape Coral within the 30 days for my new job.
