Arlington TX Mortgage

I just got off the computer after looking up Arlington TX mortgage. I found the phone number I wanted and called an Arlington TX mortgage broker because I needed to discuss properties available in Arlington TX mortgage since my father had been ill for the past year. Now he was so ill, he couldn’t run the family business and my mother had contacted me and asked me to come home and take over for him. He was too strong-willed and didn’t like to ask for any type of help from anyone. The timing was good because I had been divorced for about six months and was not too happy living by myself in an apartment and this city had too many old memories and I hadn’t been sure what I was going to do. The divorce settlement gave me half of the proceeds from the sale of our home which was quite a lot of money.

We had lived our married life in a large stately home outside Memphis and I had been running an extension of the family business there in Tennessee. So, my oldest son would take over that business and I was on my way home but I needed my own place to live and was hoping the mortgage broker could help me.

After meeting with the Arlington TX broker when I arrived in Texas and after discussing my finances we decided that an mortgage balloon/reset was the perfect mortgage loan for my situation. In my mind, there was no other option. I understood how this type of mortgage worked and I knew it was the only one I wanted to consider. Since I wasn’t sure if I would live in Arlington indefinitely, with this type of Arlington TX mortgage, I would have a number of years to decide and meanwhile all my money wouldn’t be tied up in mortgage payments. I would have plenty of money to invest and travel and then at the end of the first term of low monthly payments I would have to make the decision as to whether I wanted to either reset the loan with the mortgage company or pay off the loan and stay in Texas. Now all we had to do was find a home for me to purchase. The Arlington TX mortgage broker had some ideas and he said there were a few for sale in between where my parents lived and where the business was which would be perfect for me. We set up appointments with the sellers for me to see the houses this week and I went back to my parent’s home knowing I would find a home real soon.

I was looking forward to seeing my old friends and especially my first girlfriend, who I heard is single again also. I do need someone to help me furnish my new home because my ex-wife got all of the furniture and the artwork, etc. Who knows, I might decide to stay in Arlington for the remainder of my life.
